Hugh and I have been enjoying a wonderful walk back through memory lane and reconnecting after 50 years. His sense of humor, insightful musings, and a wonderful sense of sharing and caring have led us on a most delightful journey. He has shared so much of what his life is like out on the bush in Ontario that I am not sure where to begin to tell his story. Today, maybe a few photos and then more at a later date. Hugh, his wife Carol, and their dogs head out every morning to cross country ski and run the dogs. This doesn’t sound too bad until he reminds us that it is below zero—hence the anonymous ski mask. That doesn’t count as a current photo, I told him, so he eventually shared these from 2009 Holidays. Darned if he hasn’t aged quite well. Thanks for sharing, Hugh, and stay tuned for more of his story.
